I am happy to offer you various technical and lighting packages. The technical equipment always depends on the size of the location and the number of guests. I will be happy to advise you here.

The price is influenced by the following factors: technical equipment, location, journey to and from the venue, extras (such as a fog machine) and the duration of the performance.

Get to know

Once I have received your enquiry, I will get in touch with you. We will arrange an appointment to get to know each other. If possible, we will meet in person in Berlin. If a face-to-face meeting is not possible, we can arrange a virtual meeting via Skype, Facetime or Zoom (or whatever is convenient for you). Together we can discuss your plans and ideas, your music wishes and your ideas. If necessary, I can recommend wedding service providers.

Offer

I bundle all the information from our preliminary discussion into a non-binding offer. You will find all the important information about my assignment and the technical details. There are no hidden extra costs or surcharges.

Booking

Once you have received the offer by e-mail and you are happy with all the details, I will send you a contract. This is binding for both parties and you have everything you need for your documents. I will send you all the documents by e-mail.

Before the wedding

There is usually some time between the booking and your wedding. But don’t worry: I’m here for you! In the meantime, you can contact me at any time. I’ll be happy to answer any questions, give you tips and help you plan your wedding. Are you looking for other service providers? No problem, I can help here too. I am also available for family members and/or maid of honour for all questions regarding the programme planning.

About 2 weeks before your wedding I will contact you to confirm the programme of the party. We will go through all the details together.

Party

The big day has arrived! I will be on site at least 1.5 hours before the start of the party to set everything up in peace and quiet. The set-up is done discreetly so that none of your guests are disturbed. The technology is in place, the microphones are set up, the cables are checked and the party can begin. From light background music for dinner to a wild party. Always the right song at the right time.
